Surrey, Kent, Sussex, Hampshire and the wider Home Counties send us some of our largest bespoke commissions. Generous gardens suit the Koli and multi-bay layouts particularly well. Every cabin is built to order in Truro and craned or flatpacked into place by our own team.
Larger gardens, larger builds.
The South East's bigger plots, particularly around the Surrey Hills, the Kent Downs, and the Sussex countryside, are well suited to the Koli or a Kemi with an added shower or changing room bay. It's where we see the most bespoke, multi-room commissions outside Cornwall.
Delivery from Truro to the Home Counties is a longer route than our Southwest commissions, planned in detail at the site appraisal stage: crane access, ground conditions, and electrical capacity for larger builds all get confirmed before your build date is set.

Yes. The Koli, and a Kemi or Koli with an added shower or changing room bay, are common choices for the larger gardens we see across Surrey, Kent, Sussex and Hampshire. Bespoke layouts are also available.
Most garden saunas fall under permitted development, but this depends on your property and whether you're in a conservation area, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, or Green Belt land, all common across the Home Counties. Our site appraisal reviews this for your address; check with your local council for a definitive answer.
Standard models run 4–6 weeks from a completed desktop survey; bespoke commissions, more common in this region, typically take 6–8 weeks.
