Every build begins
with a conversation.
Failure to prepare is preparing to fail, so we require our surveys to be carried out by qualified construction professionals with experience.

Desktop Survey & Appraisal
If you just want to understand the method and cost of delivery and connection to your home, this is the place to start. Send us some information and photos of where you would like a sauna, and we'll estimate the cost of delivery, preparing the base, and connecting to the electrical supply.
Site Survey & Appraisal
If you want to hand over the whole preparation, this is the option for you. A surveyor visits your property to check ground conditions, electrical routing, and access, then sets out a precise plan that you can agree and leave to us to install as you have requested.
Design Configuration
Following a desktop or site survey, we recommend a final design configuration. Working closely with our design team, you will configure the sauna's proportions, timber finishes, and heat source for your approval, with detailed material samples and a final architectural rendering.
Truro Based Workshop
Your build enters our Truro Based Workshop. Over 4 to 8 weeks, our master carpenters construct your cabin from the ground up, employing precision joinery and applying protective coatings and natural oils.
Delivery & Commissioning
Flatpack or Complete build options for delivery.
For a flatpack installation or delivery of a completed unit on a lorry with a hiab or crane.
The completed structure is transported to your site and craned carefully into position. Our senior installer completes the electrical integration, performs the final safety checks, and initiates the first firing.
*Note: Delivery charges are not included. Delivery charges are ever changing and subject to distance and method, so they unfortunately cannot be added until the desktop survey has been completed.

Commission questions.
Standard projects run 4 to 6 weeks from a completed desktop survey. Bespoke projects typically take 6 to 8 weeks. See our guide to outdoor sauna costs for what affects the price.
A desktop survey and planting plan is £90. A site survey and appraisal is £650 for UK site visits, or a minimum of £950 outside the UK, including the Channel Islands and France. The site appraisal fee is fully deducted from the cost of your final commission.
No. Delivery charges depend on distance and method, so they are added once the desktop survey has been completed.
Most garden saunas fall under permitted development rights, provided they meet height limits near boundaries and do not take up more than half the garden. Our surveyor checks the rules for your postcode during the site survey. Read our planning permission guide for more.
